At Hack my hormones the mission is to build a safe supportive community for all women, from all backgrounds, all ages and all nationalities, where they can feel empowered to openly talk about hormones, fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing, where they are encouraged to improve, grow and thrive. 


This community will not hold judgment, it will provide support, the necessary emotional tools and the confidence to help you learn and grow. 

The journey of a thousand miles began with one step, so why don’t you take that first step with me and see what we can achieve together. 


If you’re a woman feeling out of balance—whether it’s mood swings, fatigue, stubborn weight gain, irregular cycles, or just not feeling like yourself—you’re not alone. Your hormones, diet, and fitness are deeply connected, and when one is out of sync, everything can feel harder. 


I’m here to help you reconnect with your body through a holistic approach that blends hormone-supportive nutrition, smart fitness, and sustainable lifestyle strategies—designed specifically for women. 


Whether you’re navigating PMS, PCOS, Endometriosos, perimenopause, menopause, or just want to feel more energized, stronger, and in control of your health, I am offering what I have learnt over the last 15 years, I will explain what has helped me, I will be there to provide emotional support and help you to build structure and accountability.

We will work together to help you:

· Eat in a way that supports your unique cycle 


· Guide you to feel your best by using food choices as a tool for healing, balance and long-term wellness. 


· Find balance in everyday living.


· Help you create healthy habits. 


· Move your body with intention, not exhaustion 


· Feel strong, confident, and in tune with your body -physically, mentally, and hormonally. 


· Create a community where women can be themselves and discuss things openly and confidently without fear or being judged. 


· Virtual or in person sessions, individually or groups.

What I will not do is:

· Diagnose.

· Write prescriptions.

· Provide medical advice.

I’m on a mission to help women feel exceptional—inside and out. My vision is to create a world where every woman has access to elevated, intelligent support that allows her to live a life of balance, vitality, and lasting wellbeing.
